Governing Board
The Governing Board is the highest decision-making body of the Initiative.
Tasks and responsibilities
The Governing Board determines the Initiative's strategy and provides oversight for all its activities. Furthermore the Governing Board approves the Initiative's annual work plan and budget, approves procedures and guidelines for the management of the Initiative's activities, establishes the Advisory Committee and provides an operational annual report to the Charter Sponsors and Funding Partners at least annually.
