Policy Seminar on Access to Insurance for Insurance Regulators and Supervisors
The International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS) and the Microinsurance Network (MIN) are organising a Policy Seminar on Access to Insurance for regulators and supervisors on 3rd November 2009, 9am –12:30 pm, at Hotel le Méridien President in Dakar, Senegal. This event is hosted by the organisers of the Microinsurance Conference 2009.
Senior supervisors and leading microinsurance experts will deliver lectures and case studies that compare and analyse the different regulatory and operational aspects of various initiatives for improving financial access around the world. African supervisors will also share their recent experiences on how policy and regulatory challenges to stimulate insurance market development can be addressed.
